We at soulrecode.in want you to be satisfied with your purchase of any of our products. If you have any questions or problems, please let us know by contacting our support team directly. If you couldn't get the desired results, we will work with you one on one — and if we still can't help, we will issue a full refund .

Our Commitment to You

If you couldn't get the desired results with any of our products, contact our help group and show us that you genuinely took every necessary step by presenting all of the work you completed. We will review it and endeavour to resolve the issue.

In the event that you have taken the necessary steps and are not getting results, we will work with you one on one to help you accomplish results. If we are ultimately unable to help, we will issue a full refund .

The Purpose of this Policy

This policy allows individuals to attempt the framework, and in the rare event that it doesn't work, they can recover the amount they invested. It is not intended to allow individuals to download training materials and then request a refund a few days later.

Eligibility Conditions

To be considered for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request must be submitted before 11:59 PM Indian Standard Time on the 60th day following your purchase.
  • You must submit all completed homework and coursework along with your refund request.
  • You must demonstrate that you genuinely implemented the strategies taught in the course.
  • If you selected a payment plan, all payments must be completed before a refund can be considered.
  • Requests submitted after 60 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted — no exceptions.
  • Refunds will not be issued if your homework or task submissions are clearly incomplete.

After you submit your materials, all refunds are at our discretion. We will make every effort to support you and achieve a satisfactory resolution before processing any refund.

The 60-Day Deadline

All refund requests must be made within 60 days of your purchase date. This deadline is firm and there are no exceptions, regardless of circumstances.

Submit your request and all completed homework before 11:59 PM IST on the 60th day following your purchase date. After this window, no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

Payment Plans

If you opted for a payment plan, please note that all payments must be completed before a refund can be considered. You may not cancel part way through a payment plan.

Important — Payment Plan Obligation

This rule exists to prevent fraud. If a payment plan is not completed on time, we will pursue collection through a collection agency until the entire payment is made. Additional fees and fines may apply in such cases.

If you pay in full or choose the payment plan and have taken the course and implemented the strategy, there will be no refunds issued and you must complete the payment plan if you selected one.

Discretionary Refusals

All refunds are discretionary. We reserve the right to deny a refund request in specific situations to protect the integrity of this policy and our products.

  • If you downloaded training materials (PDFs, audios, videos, etc.) and then promptly requested a refund without genuinely engaging with the content.
  • If it is clear that your submitted homework or tasks are incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught.

Even if your refund is denied due to incomplete work, we will still help and support you to get results. Your success is our priority — the refund policy is a safety net, not a barrier.

No-Refund Scenarios

To be completely transparent, refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 60 days after the date of purchase — no exceptions.
  • Downloading materials and requesting a refund within a few days without genuine engagement.
  • Incomplete payment plan — you must complete all scheduled payments.
  • Completed the course and implemented the strategy (full course consumption).
  • Homework or tasks clearly not completed or strategies not implemented.

By purchasing, downloading, or viewing any of our products, you are agreeing to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable usage guidelines outlined on this website.
